BACKGROUND: Within the last several days, the Anne Arundel County Police Department has investigated a number of accidents involving bicycles. Most have been minor in nature, but the most recent incident involved serious life-threatening injuries. During the press conference, members of the Anne Arundel County Police Department will outline the recent accidents, their causes, and preventive measures that can and could have been taken.
