Anne Arundel County has been a good partner with plans, policies and projects focused on safer bike/pedestrian infrastructure but the pace of project launch and completion is not keeping up. We are pleased that the WB&A Trail Bridge finally opened and the Broadneck Trail is close to official opening but both projects were years delayed. Our most important recommendation is an independent assessment of project management to identify root causes and countermeasures that will streamline the process.
